~150 kDa observed; 135.27 kDa calculated. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Clone N422/18 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that specifically detects rat Glutamate receptor ionotropic, NMDAR2C. It targets an epitope within the C-terminal cytoplasmic domain.

Physical form

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgG1 in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Preparation Note

Analysis Note

Evaluated by Western Blotting in rat brain membrane preparations.

Western Blotting Analysis: 1 µg/mL of this antibody detected NMDAR2C in rat brain membrane preparations.
