Features and Benefits

Comprehensive Th17 Profiling: Simultaneously measures a wide range of Th17-related cytokines and chemokines, including IL-17A, IL-17F, IL-21, IL-22, IL-23, and more—ideal for studying autoimmune and inflammatory pathways.

Minimal Sample Volume Required: Optimized for small sample inputs, making it perfect for mouse models and limited biological material.

Multiplex Efficiency with Luminex® xMAP® Technology: Magnetic bead-based format allows simultaneous detection of multiple analytes in a single well, saving time, reagents, and sample volume.

Validated for Mouse Samples: Designed specifically for mouse serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, ensuring compatibility and performance in preclinical studies.

Ideal for Autoimmune and Cancer Research: Supports investigation into Th17 cell roles in diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, Crohn’s disease, diabetes, and cancer progression.

General description

Th17 cells, a subset of CD4+ T helper cells, play a crucial role in immune responses by producing a range of cytokines, particularly interleukin-17 (IL-17). In mice, Th17 cytokines, including IL-17A, IL-17F, and IL-22, are involved in promoting inflammation and are key players in the defense against extracellular pathogens, as well as in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. These cytokines help to recruit neutrophils and enhance the production of antimicrobial peptides, contributing to the host′s immune response.
