General description

Preparation Note
为确保膜从基底侧充分润湿，并减少气泡形成的几率，请按照以下步骤操作：
- 向接收孔中加入检测溶液或培养基：对于6孔板格式或等效尺寸，加入2 mL。
- 使用镊子以30°-45°的角度将插件放入接收孔中，以从基底侧逐渐润湿膜。
- 当插件边缘开始润湿时，轻轻放下插件，直至其完全嵌入孔中。
