General description
柠檬酸裂解酶被认为是底物诱导酶，有助于催化柠檬酸盐发生可逆的醛醇裂解，形成草乙酸和乙酸盐。该酶适用于柠檬酸盐的缺氧异化。
Application
它适用于采用微量滴定板测量柠檬酸盐浓度的酶学测定。
Physical form
冻干品，通过BSA、蔗糖、MgSO4和EDTA增强稳定性。注：以双蒸水为溶剂的溶液pH值约为7.0。酶可以再次冻干。
Preparation Note
激活剂：Mg2+ (Km = 3.0 mM，pH 7.4，25 °C)；其他二价金属离子(Mn2+，Fe2+，Zn2+)
Analysis Note
