General description
Optimized enzymatic colorimetric assay for the determination of free fatty acids (non-esterified fatty acids, or NEFA) in research samples from serum or plasma.
Application
Free Fatty Acids, Half Micro Test has been used in the lipid quantification. It has also been used in the determination of free fatty acid in plasma by spectrophotometry using the half-micro test.
