General description
The Expand High FidelityPLUS PCR System is a blend of Taq DNA polymerase and a thermostable proofreading protein that lacks polymerase activity.
The Expand High FidelityPLUS PCR System is designed to amplify fragments up to 5 kb from all types of DNA with high yield and fidelity. It amplifies DNA with sixfold greater fidelity than Taq DNA polymerase alone.
Expand High FidelityPLUS PCR System also incorporates dUTP. Cross-contamination can therefore be prevented by a pretreatment of dUTP containing DNA with heat-labile Uracil-DNA Glycosylase before amplification. It is suited for the simultaneous amplification of a large number of targets.

Legal Information
Transition-metal-catalyzed cross-coupling is an efficient tool for constructing C-C, C-N and C-O bonds in organic synthesis. Intensive interest has been focused on the development of the most effective ligands that improve catalyst performance. Ligands play a key role in stabilizing and activating the central metal atom and fine-tuning the selectivity of transformation. Phosphines have proven to be the most significant class of ligands for cross couplings, such as Negishi, Suzuki, Stille, Heck, Sonogashira, and Buchwald-Hartwig cross-coupling.

Oligophrenin-1 (OPHN1) encodes for a Rho-GTPase-activating protein, important for dendritic morphogenesis and synaptic function. Mutations in this gene have been identified in patients with X-linked intellectual disability associated with cerebellar hypoplasia. ADAR enzymes are responsible for A-to-I RNA editing, an
