Sorbitan mono-oleate 5.0 mL, 2-phenyl ethanol 1.5 g, Amphotericin 2.5 mg

Application

Lactic acid could be used in the culture medium for the mouse testis cells, used for the long-term spermatogonial stem cell culture, in order to study spermatogenesis mechanism that has future benefits of being used in developing new technology in transgenesis or medicine.
