General description

Amicarbazone is a photosystem II (PSII)-inhibiting herbicide that belongs to the triazolinone herbicide family, with a broad spectrum of weed control.

Application

Amicarbazone may be used as a reference standard for the determination of amicarbazone and its metabolite residues in plants by a modified QuEChERS (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe) method by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.
