General description
Saflufenacil is a new pyrimidinedione herbicide registered for the preplant burndown and preemergence use in various agronomic crops.
Application
Saflufenacil may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in:
- Crop plants by QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe) extraction and ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-ESI-MS/MS) with selected reaction monitoring (SRM) detection.
- Maize grain and plant samples by modified QuEChERS extraction and LC-MS/MS.
- Soil samples by modified QuEChERS extraction and UPLC-MS/MS.
