General description

AKD-2023, 3-dodecyl-1,4-dihydro-1,4-dioxo-2-naphthyl acetate commonly known as acequinocyl, is a novel miticide . Its miticidal activity is very efficient against economically important spider mites. Its mode of action is via inhibition of mitochondrial electron transfer at complex III.
