Imazosulfuron is known as a novel post-emergence herbicide that belongs to the sulfonylurea class of compounds. Its mode of action involves the regulation of annual and perennial broad-leaf weeds and sedges in rice products.
Application
Imazosulfuron may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in:
- Water samples by liquid chromatography with electrospray ionization mass spectrometric detection (LC-ESI-MS).
- Paddy field water samples by direct injection using LC combined with hybrid triple-quadrupole-linear ion trap (QqLIT) MS.
