General description
For the analysis of the phytotoxins.
Application
- Blood samples by liquid chromatography combined with electrospray ionization-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC-ESI-MS/MS).
- Hair samples by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC-HRMS) consisting of single-stage Orbitrap MS system with ESI interface.
- Oganic buckwheat (Fagopyron esculentum L.) products by UHPLC-MS/MS.
- Plant materials by liquid-liquid extraction and EXtrelut® column clean-up followed by analysis using gas chromatography (GC) coupled with flame ionization detector (FID) and MS.
