Assurance® GDS Poly IMS - Top STEC contains a mixture of antibody-coated paramagnetic particles targeted against the Top 7 serogroups of Shiga Toxigenic E. coli (STEC).
Application
PCR
The reagent can be utilized to help confirm STEC positive samples by isolating organisms belonging to O-serogroups O103, O111, O121, O145, O26, O45 and O157 from the positive enrichment broth.
