Alkane standard mixture has been used as a retention index calibration standard in the metabolic analysis of body fluids of humans and vertebrates using gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry(GC-MS).
Alkane standard mixture has been used as a retention index calibration standard in the metabolic analysis of body fluids of humans and vertebrates using gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
It may also be used for performance tests of GC-systems as per DIN ISO 9377-2:2000 method used for the determination of petroleum hydrocarbons in water samples by gas chromatography technique.
