General description

Ttriethylammonium acetate (TEAA) buffer is a buffer solution that is commonly used in HPLC analysis. It is also used as an ion-pairing reagent in the analysis of oligonucleotides by UV detection using reverse-phase liquid chromatography(RPLC).

Application

TEAA can be used as an ion-pairing agent:
  • In reversed-phase chromatography for the analysis of nucleotide sugars.
  • In the analysis of oligonucleotides using ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC).
