Application
Ethyl vanillin may be used as a reference standard in the quantitative determination of ethyl vanillin in vanillin extract products using headspace-solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC–MS) and liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (LC-MS).
Refer to the product′s Certificate of Analysis for more information on a suitable instrument technique. Contact Technical Service for further support.
