General description

Concentrate for 6x1 L ready-to-use solution. Dilute contents of one ampule (~0.3 M) to 1 L with HPLC grade water to obtain a 0.005 M eluent solution.
Tetrabutylammonium dihydrogen phosphate is a quaternary ammonium salt mainly used as electrolyte.

Application

Tetrabutylammonium dihydrogen phosphate has been used as ion-pairing reagent in mobile phase for ion-pair HPLC analysis of 5′-mononucleotides from baby formulae. It may also have been used in mobile phase for HPLC analysis of blood samples to determine acetaminophen.
