General description

17β-hydroxy-17-methylandrosta-1,4-dien-3-one is an androgenic anabolic steroid.[1]

Application

17β-hydroxy-17-methylandrosta-1,4-dien-3-one may be used as a reference standard in the determination of 17β-hydroxy-17-methylandrosta-1,4-dien-3-one in urine samples, using by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS).[1]
