General description

The ChemBeads[][] product of the Biaryl Buchwald ligand RockPhos. RockPhos is a bulky ligand[] that has been used in:
  • Pd-catalyzed intermolecular bond formation using both secondary and primary alcohols.[][]
  • The chloroethoxylation of aromatic and heteroaromatic chlorides.[]
  • The three-component coupling of alkynes, alkenyl bromides and pinacolborane for the synthesis of allylic boronate esters.[]
  • Loaded at 5% wt. on glass beads for use in high-throughput expermentation (HTE).
