General description
Buflomedil hydrochloride is a vasoactive agent. Its mode of action involves increasing the peripheral and cerebral blood flow in ischaemic tissues of patients, who are mostly affected with vascular diseases.
Application
Buflomedil hydrochloride may be used as an analytical standard for the determination of buflomedil in biological matrices using high-performance liquid chromatography technique. It may also be used as an analytical reference standard for the quantification of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations and serum samples using electroanalytical and chromatographic techniques.
