Note:
(1) Upper band is Ara h 1 trimer.
(2) Two minor bands below the monomer are Ara h 1 fragments 3.
(3) Avoid repeated Freeze/Thaw cycles. It is recommended to aliquot the product upon first thaw and freeze in working aliquot volumes.
