General description
Chromogenic Pseudomonas Agar Plates are ready-to-use media plates with solid culture medium for selective isolation and detection of Pseudomonas spp. through membrane filtration. The Pseudomonas colonies appear blue-green in color due to the presence of the selective chromogenic mixture in the medium.Filter the prepared sample through a 0.45 µm pore membrane and apply it onto the surface of the Chromogenic agar.
Application
Chromogenic Pseudomonas Agar Plates are ready-to-use media plates suitable for selective isolation of Pseudomonas spp. from the samples.

1 box containing: 6 plastic bags with 5 plates of 55 mm/bag.
Each laboratory must evaluate the results according to their specifications. Presumptive isolation of Pseudomonas spp. must be confirmed by further microbiological and biochemical tests.
