Application

Nutrient broth has been used:

for culturing Azospirillum brasilense
for reconstitution of freeze dried Staphylococcus aureus culture
for culturing Pseudomonas aeruginosa NCIMB 8626

Preparation Note

Solve 8 g in 1 litre distilled water. Autoclave 15 minutes at 121°C.

With beef extract and peptone.
