Source: nsLTP from peach expressed in Pichia pastoris
Formulation: Preservative and carrier-free in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4. Filtered through 0.22 μm filter.
Concentration: See product insert.
Purification: Purified from Pichia pastoris by multi-step HPLC. Purity > 95 % by silver stained SDS-PAGE.
Note:
(1) rPru p 3 has a C-terminal 6xHis-tag.
(2) Avoid repeated Freeze/Thaw cycles. It is recommended to aliquot the product upon first thaw and freeze in working aliquot volumes.
