RRO in Soil - PT

This proficiency testing sample is produced in accordance with ISO/IEC 17043:2010. All information regarding the use of this material can be found in the reporting packet supplied for each sample.

The PT sample is a soil containing residual range organics (RRO). The sample size provided is 100 g of soil. The soil has been thermally stabilized to minimize degradation of the sample. The PT sample has been sized to 100 mesh.
The evaluation of results will be based on windows defined by ADEC.
The sample has been intentionally prepared with an apparent headspace.

Sample Preparation
This is a ready-to-use soil sample to be analyzed for Residual Range Organics (RRO).
Report results on a dry weight basis.
RRO Concentration is reported in mg/Kg

Proficiency testing samples are presented as single blind. No values for the samples are released until the testing period concludes. Values of analytes vary lot to lot.
