Human neuroendocrine skin carcinoma

MS-1 cells contain a Merkel cell polyomavirus integrated into the genome. See also MKL-1 (Sigma Catalogue number 09111801).

RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 20% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).

Seed at 3 x 10⁵ cells/ml in 5% CO₂; 37°C Saturation density is approximately 10⁶ cells/ml.
