Archives of environmental contamination and toxicology, 18(6), 876-880 (1989-11-01)
Ofurace, oxadixyl, and alachlor were studied for their effect on hepatic xenobiotic biotransformation in male rats by dosing i.p. with 1 or 100 mg/kg of chemical for 7 days. Ofurace decreased ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase and aniline p-hydroxylase activities but induced ethoxycoumarin-O-deethylase activity.
