Preparation Note

Sigma′s Hybridization Solution contains 200 μg/mL DNA in 10x SSC and 2X Denhardt′s solutions:
200 μg/mL DNA
2mg Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA)
2mg Ficoll
2mg Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP)
0.15 M sodium citrate
1.5 M NaCl
