Monoclonal Anti-DNP−Alkaline Phosphatase Conjugate antibody produced in mouse

Dinitrophenyl (DNP) is a hapten that is used for labeling primary or secondary probes in immunological analyses. Thus, anti-DNP antibody conjugated to a detectable substrate is a useful tool for the study of target proteins. Mouse monoclonal anti-DNP-alkaline phosphatase conjugate antibody is specific for DNP.

Mouse monoclonal anti-DNP-alkaline phosphatase conjugate antibody can be used for ELISA (1:25,000) and dot blot (1:180,000) assays.

To induce local anaphylaxis, mice were injected intradermally with 10ng of anti-DNP mouse IgE and then challenged with an i.v. injection of 500 μg DNP-BSA.
