Application

5-AIQ hydrochloride is an inhibitor of poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase-1 (PARP-1). 5-AIQ hydrochloride was used in a study that determined PARP inhibitors have antiangiogenic effects, which may have tremendous clinical implications for the treatment of various cancers and certain retinopathies.
