General description
Axygen® Filter Barrier tips feature a filter that creates a physical barrier by blocking aerosols and effectively preventing cross-contamination between samples. Additionally, it contains robotically inserted polyethylene filters to prevent nuclease contamination and are packaged in sealed-bottom racks with lids to maintain sterility and prevent external contamination. They are a reliable choice in situations where even minimal contamination can hamper results.
Application
Axygen® Filter Barrier tips have been used in microbiological and DNA amplification processes.
Features and Benefits
- These filter tips come in the sterilized form and are stored in sealed-bottom racks with lids to avoid contamination
- The filter creates a barrier within the tip to hinder and block aerosols, preventing cross-contamination between samples
