U2 Assay Buffer is an assay buffer optimized for use with the BPS Bioscience Intrachain TR-FRET Assay Kits and Ubi-Mix (BPS Bioscience #82185).

Application

Screen molecules that inhibit ubiquitin ligase activity in drug discovery high throughput screening (HTS) applications, determine compound IC₅₀ and perform real-time kinetics analyses in Intrachain TR-FRET assays.
