Application

The isotype of the monoclonal antibody produced by this cell line is rat IgG1.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Mouse NS1 x rat
This antibody recognises the ligand for OX40 (CD134 ligand) on dendritic cells and some activated lymphocytes.

Preparation Note

RPMI 1640 +2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Seed at 5 x 10,000 cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 500,000 - 1,000,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days), 5% CO2, 37° C. Start in 20% FBS when recovering from frozen.
