This antibody recognises the widely distributed CD47 (integrin associated protein), the ligand of SIRPα.
Preparation Note
Seed at 5 x 10,000 cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 500,000 - 1,000,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days) 5% CO2 37° C. Start in 20% FBS when recovering from frozen.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
