Preparation Note
RPMI 1640 (R0883) (with 2 mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 25mM HEPES) + 10% FBS.
Optimal split ratio 1:8 (seeding density 0.7 x 104 cells/cm2). Cells incubated at 37 °C with 5% CO2. Harvest the cells using 0.05% Trypsin/EDTA at 37 °C for 5 min. Cells maybe loosely adherent.
