RPMI 1640 (R0883) (with 2 mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 25mM HEPES) + 10% FBS.

Optimal split ratio 1:8 (seeding density 0.7 x 10⁴ cells/cm²). Cells incubated at 37 °C with 5% CO₂. Harvest the cells using 0.05% Trypsin/EDTA at 37 °C for 5 min. Cells maybe loosely adherent.
