The antibody is directed against phytochrome from Avena. It fails to distinguish between the red-absorbing and far-red-absorbing forms of phytochrome.
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
