Rat Y3Ag1.2.3 x Rat LOU/Iap spleen
The antibody directed against peribacteroid membrane from Rhizobium-induced root nodules of Pisum sativum. The antigen is also found in plasma membranes and Golgi bodies, but not in endoplasmic reticulum ER. The antibody also reacts with peribacteroid membranes from nodules of Vicia and lupin.
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
