Preparation Note
Coon′s modified Ham′s F12 or Kaign′s modified Ham′s F12 + 45mg/L ascorbic acid + 18mg/L Inositol + 2mM Glutamine + 15% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 i.e. seeding at 4x10,000 cells/cm2 using 0.25% trypsin; 5% CO2; 37°C. A further 9 population doublings expected.
