Preparation Note
DMEM + 2 mM glutamine + 0.05 mM 2-mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 20% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 105 cells/ml. 5% CO2; 37 °C. Saturation density 9 x 105/ml.
