Biochem/physiol Actions
The antibody is directed against the B epitope of the mouse Lyt-3 (CD8) antigen.Has been used in CD8 subset depletion in vivo and flow cytometry studies. Cambridge Enterprise Reference number AB15: www.enterprise.cam.ac.uk.
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2 mM glutamine + 0.05 mM 2-mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 20% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 105 cells/ml. 5% CO2; 37 °C. Saturation density 9 x 105/ml.
