The isotype of the monoclonal antibody produced by this cell line is rat IgG2c.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Mouse NS0/U x Rat F344 spleen
The antibody recognises the 22kDa major auxin binding protein polypeptide and. In addition a minor 21kDa species is recognised.
Preparation Note
DMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
