Derived from a methyl nitrosourea-induced tumour in a (C57BL/6XDBA/2) F1 mouse. This line is positive for cytoplasmic Ig and negative for surface membrane Ig and TdT.

Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 2-5x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 0.05mM 2-Mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
