This weakly neutralising antibody is directed against natural and recombinant forms of human TNF β. There is no cross-reaction with human TNF alpha or TNF alpha or β of most other species. It can be paired in a sandwich ELISA for TNF β with 359-81-11 (Sigma catalog no. 92030606).
Preparation Note
Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37 °C.
RPMI 1640 + 2 mM glutamine + 10% Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (heat inactivated)
