Human lymphocytes (HLA phenotype A2, A28, B27, Bw4, Cw2)

Mouse Sp2/0 x Mouse BALB/c spleen

The antibody is cytotoxic for Leu-5 positive cells. The cells require NaP, oxaloacetic acid and bovine insulin in the growth medium.

Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C.

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 0.05mM 2-mercaptoethanol (2ME) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
