The antibody is directed against antigen expressed on most sheep lymphocytes and also endothelium. The antigen recognised by 537-B1-1 is down regulated after T cell activation.
Preparation Note
IDMEM + 2mM glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) (may benefit from IL-6 in medium)
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
