Horse inguinal lymph node x AFRC 17D1
The heterohybridoma AFRC 85B5 is one of 8 hybridoma cell lines obtained using lymphocytes from ponies immunised with influenza A equine 2 virus (isolateA/Equine/Newmarket/79(H3N8)). For the establishment of AFRC 85B5 horse cells from the inguinal lymph node have been fused with the non-Ig-secreting heterohybridoma AFRC 17D1 (Sigma Catalogue number. 94120825).
