Cell Line Description
OX-86 was raised by immunising AO rats with recombinant mouse OX-40 antigen and subsequent fusion of spleen cells with NS1 mouse myeloma cells. OX-86 mAb can be used to examine the distribution of OX-40,CD134, a member of the tumour necrosis factor receptor/nerve growth factor receptor super family.

Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10-20% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 5x10,000 to 5x100,000 cells/ml: 5% CO2; 37°C
