Biochem/physiol Actions
OX-86 was raised by immunising AO rats with recombinant mouse OX-40 antigen and subsequent fusion of spleen cells with NS1 mouse myeloma cells. OX-86 mAb can be used to examine the distribution of OX-40,CD134, a member of the tumour necrosis factor receptor/nerve growth factor receptor super family.
