Mouse x Mouse hybridoma

The cell line Lu2 has been established by fusion of the myeloma P3x63Ag8.653 and spleen cells from BALB/c x C57Bl/6 female mice. Mice received a single i.p. injection with the B cell line LuMar expressing HLA A2.3/B18.5/C5/DR3,11.and B. pertussis three days before fusion. The cell line has been eradicated from mycoplasma using Cibrobay.

Maintain cultures between 3-9 x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO₂; 37°C

RPMI 1640 + 2mM glutamine + 10% FBS
